      3D CAD Drawing

Were you the one who always knew anything could be improved? Or maybe even create something that has not yet been invented?  If you can envision your idea, but don’t know where to start or how to get there, then SolidMasters is right for you. Don’t wait any longer; you’re only a call away from your dream!

We're here to help. And we'll do our best to find you a solution, which includes advising you of other resources we believe you might like to know about it.  And as we really dislike answering machines and automated messages, most times you'll get us directly when you call.  For the occasional times you do need to leave a message, we're usually able to call you back within the hour.  We'll do everything we can to help make you and your business a success.

Engineering 3D Drafting Services

Working from a penciled napkin idea to a working prototype, we create detailed, two-dimensional drawings with high precision, ready for manufacturing. We’re known for consistently being on time and on budget, with the ability to flawlessly execute complex problems.

If you can imagine it, we can design and create it.

As 3D CAD modeling technology continues to increase in both sophistication and adoption, it promises to transform the entire field of mechanical engineering. Offering an entirely new level of design versatility and workday efficiency, 3D CAD modeling is helping to bring high quality products to market with unprecedented speed that is why our engineers became users of SolidWorks, a leading 3D CAD modeling solution.

We offer the latest design and manufacturing solutions to make design and manufacturing development processes faster and more efficient. Our experience with the most widely used CAD packages makes SolidMasters the obvious choice for moving your company’s 2D designs to fully interactive 3D models.
Making the 2D-to-3D transition a seamless process.

A very popular service is the 3D models creation from existing 2D data (DWG or DXF) as well as hard data (blue prints), maintaining compatibility between SolidWorks and ProE, if is needed.
Design Validation Solutions,
Using FEA software we can perform virtual testing and analysis of parts and assemblies, predicting the physical behavior of practically any part or assembly under any loading condition.

Drop test, optimization, thermal heat transfer, thermal stress, vibration, fatigue, and buckling analysis services, enabling our engineers to detect design problems in less time than a prototype could be built.

3D CAD modeling services

SolidMasters' 3D drafting services offers full service 3D solid modeling solutions.

We have the ability to design your product idea in 3D CAD programs as if it were a solid object. You can see the process three dimensionally as the geometry is being created. This reduces your parts time to market, as well as reducing your chance of a product being incorrectly designed. In addition, once your product is created in a 3D cad drawing, a wide variety of 3rd party products can be utilized such as stress analysis, animation, conceptual rendering, CNC tool paths, and more.

We know SolidWorks, and we know how to used....

Here is a little background from solidworks:

Building a model in SolidWorks usually starts with a 2D sketch. The sketch consists of geometry such as points, lines, arcs, conics, and splines. Dimensions are added to the sketch to define the size and location of the geometry. Relations are used to define attributes such as tangency, parallelism, perpendicularity, and concentricity. The parametric nature of SolidWorks means that the dimensions and relations drive the geometry, not the other way around. The dimensions in the sketch can be controlled independently, or by relationships to other parameters inside or outside of the sketch.
SolidWorks pioneered the ability of a user to roll back through the history of the part in order to make changes, add additional features, or change the sequence in which operations are performed. Later feature-based solid modeling software has copied this idea.
In an assembly, the analog to sketch relations are mates. Just as sketch relations define conditions such as tangency, parallelism, and concentricity with respect to sketch geometry, assembly mates define equivalent relations with respect to the individual parts or components, allowing the easy construction of assemblies. SolidWorks also includes additional advanced mating features such as gear and cam follower mates, which allow modeled gear assemblies to accurately reproduce the rotational movement of an actual gear train.
Finally, drawings can be created either from parts or assemblies. Views are automatically generated from the solid model, and notes, dimensions and tolerances can then be easily added to the drawing as needed. The drawing module includes most paper sizes and standards ANSI, DIN, ISO, GOST, BSI and SAC.
